The 77th World Health Assembly in Geneva on June 1 approved a substantial package of amendments to International Health Regulations. We the people have suffered a stunning defeat. The battle continues.
The 77th session of the World Health Assembly (WHA) has just concluded at the World Health Organization (WHO) headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. It originally intended to adopt a new Pandemic Treaty for a pandemic and amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) of 2005 that would link countries' responses to the decisions of the director-general of the WHO. While the pandemic treaty was not adopted the IHR amendments passed with enhanced provisions contained in the WHO pandemic Treaty. In the end, he “kicked one can down the street” for a time and partially filled the other.
The mandate of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) was extended to continue negotiating on the wording of the new treaty ("Pandemic Agreement") and the Assembly adopted a limited package of binding and non-binding amendments to the INB. This result, achieved in the last few hours, is disappointing in many respects, but it was not unexpected.
Both texts were pushed with unusual haste by those who advised, supported and commissioned devastating public health responses to Covid-19. Because no agreement was reached and while the case law of the WHO considers it necessary that the final text be distributed at least 4 months before the signature in order for the nations/states to have time to study it, in this case the amendments lasted until the end. Ignoring the likely origins of lab-based Covid, the official narrative (supporting the measures) remains that "the world is unprepared for the next pandemic". Spending more than $ 30 billion a year on surveillance and other measures aimed solely at Natural outbreaks “will in some ways fix” that.
The 77th WHA sent a clear warning to the world that the global pandemics agenda is moving forward. The woeful absence of serious questions in the WHA about (i) the economic costs versus the benefits of this agenda; (ii) the potential impact of the new amendments on human rights; and (iii) the scientific foundations of the systematic monitoring approach signal that politics is the guide rather than evidence-based science.
The recently adopted amendments would facilitate a massive global build-up of the medical emergency Industrial Complex, which seeks to trigger ongoing “pandemic emergencies” exacerbated even further by “relevant health products”. Only under the state of emergency can they justify the dismantling of human rights and impose dictatorial measures. And the big winners are the pharmaceuticals.

The draft pandemic Agreement (treaty) had been put back for further negotiation for up to 12 months. It seems likely that the Intergovernmental negotiating body (inb) will be diplomatic in how it manages the debate in the coming months, and external pressure on countries will increase. There's a lot at stake, hundreds of billions in profits per pandemic, if Covid-19 is a guide. Countries with big pharmaceutical interests take this seriously. So do the World Bank and International Monetary Fund, which had previously signaled strong support.
However, the major gain for WHO and its supporters (almost 80% of its work is directly identified by its private funders) is the wording that further enhances surveillance – the key element on which the rest of the business case about future pandemics depends. This was approved and there is a willing workforce to carry it out.
The foundation is being laid for the enforcement-threat declaring-lockdown-compulsion mass vaccination approach that has been building up as an idea among pharmaceutical-related circles for over a decade.
The who threatened the delegates!

A. On Saturday, I participated in a excellent international lawyers conference on the WHO, its World Health Assembly 77, and the implications of the IHR amendments and a proposed new pandemic treaty. One of 10 lawyers from 9 countries, organised by Philipp Kruse and Renate Holzeisen, I included in my talk the noticeI served on the WHO + the UN on behalf of four NPO’s. The notice was also served on the WHO and the UN by the World Council for Health.
B. LAWYERS AGAINST WHO (L.A.W) was formed by me (in alignment with CHD Africa) and my Netherlands colleague, lawyer Meike Terhorst. She was in Geneva last week and shared that an Indian delegate to WHA 77 explained that they were being threatened and intimidated to not return home until the IHR 2005 amendments were adopted. They were told not to buy return tickets.
She said “They went to Geneva with a one-way ticket. They were not allowed to return home until they said yes. This is completely unacceptable. It is unlawful “agreement” because no consent was given. It is also undemocratic and colonial.” The Indian Delegation stated that the U.S delegation was pushing for the IHR to be adopted. By stealth or force. This is how the WHO cartel operates.
I was surprised, but not shocked. The WHO, its funders and its beneficiaries are heavily invested in these two agreements (and the ‘public health emergency’ industry) to such an extent, that they would do anything to have them agreed to.
C. Other delegates (and interested parties) confirmed that delegates were threatened.
Here is what I was reliably informed:
“Perception is made. There was no agreement. But the delegates are being pressured to sign this agreement today.”
Nothing was accepted. The WHO is acting as if they all agreed, and will later try to try to change the amendments. “They are trying to deceive humanity”.
“We were told that our countries would be blacklisted, embargoed, and marginalised in front of the mainstream media, and that international travel would be restricted.”
“Member states are being pressured and threatened. Nation states said they would not bow to pressure”. Some delegates left the WHA 77 early in protest.
“Countries which intervened immediately after the adoption disassociated themselves from the IHR 2005 amendments”. So there was more than one.

Other countries objected and were ignored, not recognised or threatened.

Bird disease again!
And while the signature's ink is still wet, here we have a " bird disease". The attempt to attribute the responsibility of transmitting a virus to birds is not new. There is a story that begins in 1976. Millions of people have taken the injectable and have suffered unmitigated damage. They stopped it "in time".
The bird flu outbreak is not real.
That should be everyone's starting point - with everything, really - assume the media is lying and expect them to prove they're not.

And while the who came out and said there was a death from bird disease in a human in Mexico, the Mexican Health Minister came out and denied it. They are in such a hurry to convince us that we are all going to die!

Bird flu is just like Covid. The same people, telling the same lies, for the same reasons.

Just as with everything else, this will lead to more talk of a food crisis. France is already warning of poultry shortages, and since the US is the worlds biggest exporter of eggs and chicken any disruption there has huge knock effects. The price of eggs and chicken is already going up.
Just as with lockdowns, the bird flu “crisis” will hit small local businesses harder and faster than Big Farma giants (we’re already seeing reports of family farms being destroyed).
They are reporting that free-range birds are more at risk from bird flu (what with being allowed to go outside and live like normal birds), so organic sustainable and ethical farming practices will be hit with new rules that don’t apply to corporate meat factories who treat animals as inanimate objects.
Meanwhile, this will be used to further advance the war on meat, boosting both veganism and backers of lab-grown “meat”.
Inevitably they are already talking about a new bird flu vaccine for people and/or birds. In fact, a UK firm announced a new bird flu vaccine for chicks just three days ago. That’s some well-timed research, great work.
Good luck being an “anti-vaxxer” when they make it law to literally inject all your food with spike proteins or experimental mRNA modifiers or who knows what else.
And, of course, if they ever need it to, the “bird flu” can jump from chickens to humans, and we can have a brand new pandemic, just as the former head of the CDC predicted the other day.
Like I said at the beginning, there is no “bird flu” outbreak, it’s just Covid for chickens. Just more building back better. Just more new normal.

Crimes without punishment
Fauci appeared in the US Congress and admitted that the measures had been put out of his mind, while those who objected were considered mites, conspiracy theorists and anti-science. At least those who believed him must regard themselves as naive. He crossed the line of blackmailing the world's population to make the unsafe and ineffective injection.
Fauci murdered about 300,000 Americans over several years, suppressing effective treatments and promoting highly toxic and ineffective Big Pharma drugs.
As he was not penalized the first time, Fauci then used exactly the same manual for Covid.

If you google Bill Gates, he says he's one of the greatest philanthropists in the world, but he reverses it all. It's not for the people. He launders money to the World Health Organization and his family are eugenicists and for the Desolation of the planet.
All these "charities and philanthropists" are really a money laundering operation to support the agenda of global population decline.
Bill Gates ' Microsoft Corporation was convicted of violations against trusts, which is a felony.
And when Gates and others state that doing vaccinations where they are needed could potentially lead to a reduction of up to 20 percent of the Earth's population, according to Dr. Martin, "these are not claims, these are stated goals."
In Italy, of course, the former Health Minister Speranza is accused of intentional murders as in his emails found recommendations not to talk about deaths and side effects of doctors so as not to arouse suspicion and not to vaccinate the general population. He's the only one who's fucked.
In Japan Senator Kazuhiro Haraguchi, who is also a former Minister of Interior and Communications, addressed a heartfelt apology to the citizens of Japan because of the vaccines for COVID. Haraguchi admitted that he was part of the problem during the pandemic and that his cowardice and lies towards people resulted in many deaths from the "safe and effective" shootings. The former interior minister apologized to the unvaccinated: "you were right, vaccines kill millions of our loved ones" to recall how the former assassinated President Shinzo Abe opposed vaccines for COVID and promoted ivermectin: he became a target of assassination in support of Health Freedom.
In US, Dr. Francis Boyle, a Harvard-trained professor and the architect of the 1989 Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act, which was unanimously approved by both Houses of the U.S. Congress and signed into law by President George H.W. Bush, has issued an affidavit declaring COVID-19 mRNA vaccines as biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction, Dr. Joseph Sansone first reported.
Dr. Boyle’s affidavit, which was submitted as part of an emergency petition for a writ of mandamus in Florida, argues that the distribution of COVID-19 vaccines violates several statutes, including the U.S. Code on Biological Weapons and Florida’s statutes on weapons and firearms.

The former CDC director admitted that there was "tremendous pressure from the pharmaceutical industry" to vaccinate everyone, and that their orders were not based on science but on emotion.
I hope that the time will come for those who participated in the crimes against humanity to pay at some point. If this is not done, they will simply repeat it as they see fit until the final reduction of the population to the “Golden billion.”
